The Ready S.E.T. OC Program is a collection of five locations: the main office in La Habra (originally called the Orange County Youth Center or OCYC), OC Workforce Solutions, Orangewood Foundation, Los Alamitos Joint Forces Training Base, and Manchester Office Building.

 

The program is funded through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). That funding is administered by the Orange County Workforce Development Board (OCWDB)through a competitive procurement process.
